Submission Guidelines for RVS Magazine

Thank you for your interest in submitting to RVS Magazine! we welcome contributions from models, writers, photographers, and fashion enthusiasts. if you have passion for fashion and a unique perspective to share, we'd love to hear from you. To ensure a smooth submission process, please follow these guidelines:

  Image Submission Requirements

  • Format: Submit high-resolution JPEG or PNG files.

  • Quantity: A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15 images per submission.

  • Models: Must include the names of the photographer and the model, along with their Instagram handles.

  • Photographers: Must include the names of all models and the photographer, along with their Instagram handles.

  • Credits: Provide full credits for all contributors (photographer, models, etc.) with Instagram handles where applicable.

Article Submissions

We welcome original written content related to fashion, style, and culture.

  • Articles must be original and unpublished.

  • Word count should be between 500–1,500 words.

  • Topics may include fashion commentary, style tips, trend analysis, or industry insights.

  • Submit as a Word document or PDF.

  • Include a short author bio and social media links.

 Submission Process

  • How to Submit: Please email your submissions to [ rvsmagazine@gmail.com ] with the subject line “Submission – [Your Name]”.

  • Include: A short bio, your social media links.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  •  Ensure you have secured permission to publish from all creatives involved.

  •  Full credits will be given to all artists.

  •  Double-check that all creative credits are accurate. Corrections after publication may incur a fee.

  •  A preview will be provided to all published participants, and your work will receive extensive promotion on our social media platforms.

PERMISSIONS & USAGE POLICY:

All submissions to Rvs Magazine must have full permission from every creative involved, including photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and any other contributors.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You have obtained clear and direct permission from the photographer and all creatives for publication

  • I own this photograph and all rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this photograph to Rvs Magazine.

  • The work can be used in a digital and print magazine format

  • The work may appear on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials related to the magazine

Rvs Magazine is published both digitally and in print through MagCloud. Printed editions are available for purchase, primarily for contributors and readers who wish to own a physical copy of their feature. The majority of the cost covers printing and distribution. By submitting, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and agree that your work may be published in both digital and monetized print formats.

Rvs Magazine operates as an independent, growing publication, and does not currently offer monetary compensation. Contributors receive a complimentary digital copy of the published edition.

If proper permissions are not obtained, Rvs Magazine is not responsible for disputes arising after submission, and content may be removed if required.
